UHA International engineers have invested the past two years in developing the Peace of Mind evacuation hood. The P.O.M. evacuation hood increases your chances of surviving a fire or bacteriological emergency. It provides 20 minutes of breathable air allowing you precious time to evacuate.

Conclusion:

The filtration efficiency of a 3 layer assembly was determined. The results shows that the filter media successfully conformed to the requirements for an N99 efficiency performance. Also, the efficiency of the filtration assembly for Sodium Chloride (NaCI) is N99 (% of particles penetration less than 1%) as NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84,181. Last, the assembly meets the performance criteria for air résistance specified by NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84,180 since it's résistance value is lower than 30 mm water
